Zelenskyy discusses peace formula and mine clearing with President of Guatemala
Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, on 29 June had a phone conversation with Alejandro Giammattei, President of Guatemala.

Details: Zelenskyy thanked his Guatemalan counterpart for the declaration in support of Ukraine in the General Assembly of the Organisation of American States (OAS), initiated by him and voted for by the majority of the members of the organisation.
The Ukrainian President has also expressed his gratitude for the regional leadership of Guatemala in the Core Group on the creation of a special international tribunal for the prosecution of the crime of aggression committed by Russia.
The two leaders coordinated their efforts before future international events, mainly with the aim of implementing the Peace Formula, and discussed possible formats of organising the Ukraine – Latin America summit.
Zelenskyy and Giamattei paid attention to security cooperation. Among other things, they had a discussion about sending specialists and mine-clearing equipment.
The Ukrainian leader has invited his Guatemalan counterpart to pay a visit to Ukraine.
