Air Forces report launch of Shahed drones by Russians

The Air Forces of Ukraine have warned the public about the threat of the Russians attacking Ukraine with Shahed loitering munitions, also called kamikaze drones.

Quote: "A launch of Shahed drones from Primorsko-Akhtarsk has been detected. Approximate time of entering Ukrainian air space is about 01:00. If the air raid warning is issued, head to a bomb shelter."

Details: The Air Forces released this statement at 22:56.

At midnight, they warned that there is a threat of combat UAVs being used in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

"Shahed drones are moving from the South toward Dnipro and Pavlohrad. Go to the shelter! The direction of movement may change," the Armed Forces of Ukraine specified.

Prior to that, reports came in at about 20:00 that X-22 missiles had been launched, but this information has not been confirmed; there was a Tu-22m3 aircraft manoeuvring above the Azov Sea.
