Zelenskyy meets with sergeant major of 47th Separate Mechanised Brigade to discuss reform
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has met with Valerii Markus, a sergeant major in the 47th Separate Mechanised Brigade Mahura, to discuss the reform of the sergeant corps.

Quote: "We discussed the reform of the sergeant corps, in particular, ensuring a decent level of salaries for sergeants in line with their service record.
Our army and all its parts must be up-to-date and provided with everything necessary, not just on the battlefield."
Details: Zelenskyy also stressed the importance of introducing changes that would help improve service conditions in the Ukrainian army.
Specifically, they discussed digitalisation and the introduction of automated record-keeping systems that would reduce paperwork and promptly facilitate information receipt.
