Road dug in anticipation of Wagner fighters is being patched up in Russia's Lipetsk Oblast
The imposed restrictions are beginning to be lifted, traffic on regional highways will soon be opened, and the road surface has begun to be restored in Lipetsk Oblast of the Russian Federation.

Details: At the same time, the Baza Telegram channel posted a video of Lipetsk utility workers patching pits they had dug in anticipation of the Wagner Group fighters near the town of Chaplygin.
Background: Excavators have dug up a road in Russia’s Lipetsk Oblast where a Wagner Group convoy was spotted earlier today.
Before that, a convoy of Wagner Group forces was spotted near the village of Krasnoe in Russia’s Lipetsk Oblast, located only 400 kilometres away from Moscow.
On Saturday evening, Yevgeny Prigozhin, the leader of the Wagner Group, said that his mercenaries are turning their convoys around and going in the opposite direction to set up field camps.
