Wagner Group en route to Moscow with Russian army trying to stop it – Russian media

A combat aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Defence has hit the M4 Don motorway. The road is likely used by the military vehicles belonging to Wagner Private Military Company (PMC).

Details: Reports suggest the Russian army planned to inflict "fire damage" on Prigozhin’s mercenaries the day before. The purpose of the high-explosive bomb attack on the M4 is claimed to have been to damage the motorway so that Wagnerites could not move along it. So far, there have been no official reports whether the strike was effective.

There are also reports that one of the mercenaries' convoys was attacked in Russia’s Voronezh Oblast and that "aircraft were engaged".
