Details: At the same time, Suspilne reported at 03:14 that an explosion rang out in the city of Khmelnytskyi.

Later, Khmelnytskyi Oblast Military Administration reported that an air defence system was operating during an air-raid warning in Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
