Quote from Stefanchuk: "If we’re talking about what would happen sooner, the EU or NATO, I do think that the EU-related issues will move faster, because we definitely want to start negotiations on Ukraine’s full membership in the EU by the end of this year."
Details: Stefanchuk stressed that the beginning of membership negotiations is "much more advanced than candidate status" and is practically the "final stretch" to Ukraine’s EU membership.
The parliamentary speaker also said he believes how fast Ukraine crosses the finish line depends on Ukraine alone.
