Quote: "We have received an invitation, and now we need to complete the technical part of the preparatory work. After fulfilling all the prerequisites, the visit can take place, but now we are at the technical preparation stage," Szijjártó said.
Asked about whether there is political will to carry out the visit, the Hungarian diplomat answered that "we received the invitation and appreciate it".
"Recently, the Prime Minister spoke with President Zelenskyy in Brussels. We are always ready for a dialogue, and we hope that the dialogue will make sense. We are preparing everything now; we will see," he said.
Viktor Orban remains one of the few EU state leaders who have not visited Kyiv since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
