Air defence activated in Belgorod Oblast in Russia, shooting down three missiles

Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of Belgorod Oblast of Russia, has stated that Russian air defence shot down three missiles in the city of Novy Oskol.

Quote: "Our air defence was activated in Novy Oskol. Three missiles were shot down. The aftermath is being ascertained."

Details: According to Gladkov, one man has received a shrapnel wound to his arm. 

In addition, the Russian governor has reported that some buildings and power transmission lines in several villages near Novy Oskol have been damaged by fragments.
