Quote: "We have worked on 500 targets in Kyiv Oblast alone. On the territory of Kyiv Oblast, 160 such groups with 1,600 participants were registered on Telegram channels. In fact, we understand who are the active participants through each Telegram channel; we have had preventive conversations with them.

First of all, these are minors from 12 to 17 years old; they are all patriots, but the youngsters need a helping hand to understand the situation that they are trying to use our youth for violence in our country."

Details: Niebytov emphasised that the Ukrainian special services established that the Redan movement is an information and psychological operation conducted by the Russian side. He also reported that the opposite movement, Anti-Redan, has emerged in Ukraine.

"The police realise that they may not figure it out [properly], so innocent people may suffer. Therefore, a decision was made to carry out preventive measures by both the police and secret services, including the district military administrations," Niebytov said.
