Russians attack boat with people trying to escape from occupation to Kherson

On 31 March, Russian occupiers fired at a boat with civilians trying to leave the occupied part of Kherson Oblast; two people were injured.

They sailed from dachas [seasonal or year-round second home – ed.] on the left bank of the Dnipro River. According to preliminary reports, two people were injured. Emergency services arrived at the scene."
