Defence Intelligence believes Putin's regime will not receive help it hopes for from China
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine believes that China will care for its own interests and will not provide military assistance to the Russian regime.

Quote: "China will primarily help itself and protect its own national interests, both in the economic and security sectors.
We cannot talk about direct military assistance from China to the Russian Federation, the Putin regime, today.
It is obvious that Ukraine has its own national interests, and we would like to see a more decisive policy from a number of countries in the context of condemning Russian aggression, upholding international law, and defending the UN Charter, but in general, I think that the Putin regime will not receive the help it was hoping for."

Chinese leader Xi Jinping visited Russia, where he met with Vladimir Putin and signed agreements to continue the strategic partnership between the two countries.
The leaders of Russia and China, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, have issued a joint statement, in which they claimed that their countries' relations are not a military-political alliance, are not of a block or confrontational nature, and are not directed against third countries.
