Sumy Oblast: Russian forces attack village near Russian-Ukrainian border, killing 1 civilian
Russian forces have attacked the village of Znob-Novhorodske near the Russian-Ukrainian border in Ukraine's Sumy Oblast.

Details: One civilian was killed in the attack and another four sustained injuries.
Updated: Later, the local prosecutor's office reported that the occupiers fired at a dormitory of one of the lyceums in the Shostkynskyi district of Sumy Oblast. A 52-year-old employee of the lyceum was killed, and two more civilians were wounded of varying degrees of severity as a result of the attack.
