Quote: "The Kherson Oblast Defence Council has decided to lift the 'dry law' for one month to help restore the region's economy.
Starting from 15 March, the sale of alcoholic beverages at wholesale, retail and restaurant facilities will be allowed between 10:00 and 15:00.
The sale of alcohol to the military and law enforcement officers is prohibited."
Details: Prokudin also called appalling the manipulations of those officials who, "knowing about the decision, started a lively discussion of this topic for the sake of their own ratings".
Background: The sale and production of alcohol was banned in Kherson on 14 November 2022, after the liberation of the right-bank [of the Dnipro River] part of Kherson Oblast.
