Details: It is noted that the military leadership of the Russian Federation requires conscripts to sign long-term contracts for military service in the Russian army.

Otherwise, servicemen and their families are threatened with the denial of all established payments and social protection.

The Oblast Military Administration also reported that about 500 women appealed to the Russian leadership with the claim that Russian legislation does not apply in the occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast.

The claim is that the military command allegedly does not accept retirement statements from men based on their age.
