Quote from Zelenskyy: "Today, I also held a long, detailed conference call with those in charge of various state defence agencies. The military, the Security Service, Defence Intelligence, foreign intelligence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, other government officials, and the Office [of the President].

The situation on all fronts remains under our control. Khortytsia, Tavria, Odesa, North – [commanders of each of these operational-strategic groups of troops delivered] reports on the situation over the past day."

Details: President Zelenskyy noted that in addition to discussing the situation on these various fronts themselves, the meeting participants discussed frontline areas, which are pounded by Russian forces every day and every night: Nikopol and other areas in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Kherson Oblast, parts of Donbas located near the front, Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast, and Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts.

Zelenskyy said that people in those areas "are not at the front, but still directly at war" because Russia continues trying to destroy everything they have.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "When our military and all our defence and security forces are preparing for new actions, we also intend for these actions to gradually restore security to those who are now [living] near the frontline.

Every time our flag advances, our people will see more safety – on the territories liberated from the occupation forces; on the territories that will recede further from the front; and in those areas near the border where the defeat of the invading forces will finally restore peace.

I am grateful to everyone who is ready to help our country to continue its [military] actions! I am grateful to everyone in our defence and security forces who are already preparing [for such actions]!"

Details: President Zelenskyy also thanked all those who are doing everything they can to ensure that life continues in areas near the front and those that are pounded by Russian attacks: the State Emergency Service, police forces, social and administrative services, local governments, businesses and volunteers.

He also thanked border guards and all other military personnel who are fighting to hold back the enemy forces, destroying their positions and logistics, and bringing Russia’s defeat closer.
