Russian losses in Ukraine exceed 130,000

Ukrainian defence forces killed 900 Russian occupiers and destroyed 10 Russian armoured combat vehicles, 8 artillery systems, and 6 UAVs on 8 February.

Details: Total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 9 February 2023 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• 6,468 (+10) armoured combat vehicles,
• 2,244 (+8) artillery systems,
• 463 (+2) multiple-launch rocket systems,
• 232 (+4) air defence systems,
• 295 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft,
• 285 (+0) helicopters,
• 1,967 (+6) operational-tactical UAVs,
• 796 (+0) cruise missiles,
• 18 (+0) ships/boats,
• 5,121 (+9) vehicles and tankers,
• 211 (+0) special vehicles and other equipment.
