Background: On Tuesday, Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that Russian forces had launched a new attack on the city of Kharkiv and urged Kharkiv residents to remain in shelters. He said that the Russians launched six to ten S-300 missiles at the city.
