Ukraine's Secretary of National Security hints that Ukraine can strike Russian territory
Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, has said that Ukraine will eventually receive American-made F-16 fighter jets, and that the country already has weapons capable of striking Russia.

Quote: "It's only a matter of time before we get F-16s. They will definitely come. Unfortunately, in the meantime, we’re losing our people while fighting for our independence."
Details: Danilov also hinted in the interview with CNN that Ukraine is capable of striking at Russia on its own territory, outside of occupied Ukraine.
Quote: "Regarding Russian territory, nobody prohibits us to destroy targets with weapons produced in Ukraine. Do we have such weapons? Yes, we do."
Details: CNN reminds that Western countries have banned Ukraine from striking Russian territory with weapons provided by the West.
Throughout the war, unexplained explosions have been occurring at strategic facilities in Russia, but Ukraine has never publicly acknowledged its responsibility for these strikes.
In January, Kyrylo Budanov, Head of Ukraine's Defence Intelligence, predicted attacks "deeper and deeper" in Russia, without acknowledging Ukraine's responsibility. At the time, Budanov told ABC News that he was "very happy to see" attacks inside Russia, but could not answer whether Ukraine was playing a role in such strikes until the end of the war.
