Air-raid issued in Kyiv and number of oblasts
In the city of Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast and a number of other northern and central oblasts, an air-raid warning was issued.

Details: The first air-raid warning was issued in Poltava Oblast (22:18), later it spread to Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy oblasts, as well as the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast (23:52 and 23:53, respectively).
Presumably, there is a threat of drone strikes from Russia.
Kremenchuk Mayor Vitalii Maletskyi said at 23:43 that "sounds similar to explosions were heard in Kremenchuk".
Updated: At 00:13, Lunin said that "the sounds of explosions heard by residents of the oblast are the work of air defense. An enemy UAV was downed".
At 00:30, the Kyiv OMA reported an "enemy air object" over the oblast and called on residents of Kyiv Oblast to stay in shelters.
At 01:23, an all-clear was given.
