Russian invaders shell Kupiansk: Man killed in recreation park

Russian invaders shelled the city of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast on the morning of 28 February, killing a man.

Quote: "The Russian occupiers continue to deliberately hit civilian infrastructure and civilians in Kharkiv Oblast.

This morning, Kupiansk was once again shelled. Residential buildings were destroyed, and the kindergarten building was damaged. The city's recreation park was also hit. Unfortunately, a 63-year-old civilian man was killed."

Details: Syniehubov stressed that the risk of repeated attacks remains high. Residents of the region are urged to be careful and not ignore air-raid warnings.
