Rescue workers warned local farmers many times that they must not start field work until the whole territory is inspected for explosives.
The people who ignored the warnings of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine sadly died on the spot from heavy injuries."
Details: In Kherson near the river port, a 63-year old man hit a tripwire on the territory of his dacha [a dacha is a sort of a summer house, usually with a little plot of land where people grow vegetables, fruit trees and berries, or keep a garden – ed.]. He was taken to the hospital.
"On warm days, many residents of Kherson would like to go to their dachas, land plots, take a walks outside the borders of residential areas, along the banks of water bodies or in the woods, but these places may be mined," the administration warns.
