Medvedev claims Biden "swore allegiance to neo-Nazi regime"
Dmitri Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Security Council of Russia, claimed that Joseph Biden, the President of the US, received security guarantees (guarantees that Russians will cease fire on the day of the visit – ed.) prior to his visit to Kyiv on 20 February.

Quote: "Biden, having previously received the security guarantees, finally came to Kyiv. He promised Ukraine a big number of weapons and swore allegiance to the neo-Nazi regime. And of course, there were mutual spells about the victory, which will be achieved with a help of new armament and courageous people, were cast."
Details: He also claimed that during the war 15-20 million people have allegedly left the country, and at the moment only "not more than 20-25 million people" remain in Ukraine.
Therefore, according to Medvedev, "tanks and shells are, of course, important but people are undoubtedly more important" and "their departure" is allegedly "an answer to the question about who the future belongs to."
Background:
