Russians attack Sumy Oblast with mortars, firing 20 mine bombs

The Russians fired on five hromadas [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories] in Sumy Oblast on Sunday, 19 February.

Details: In particular, Bilopillia, Nova Sloboda, Myropillia, Krasnopillia, and Yunakivka hromadas came under attack.

At 10:35, Myropillia hromada was attacked from the territory of the Russian Federation with mortar fire, with 3 strikes reported.

During the day, the Russians deployed mortars to fire at Bilopillia hromada, with 22 strikes reported.

There were also mortar attacks on Krasnopillia hromada, with 28 strikes reported.

Nova Sloboda hromada: from 15:20 onwards, the occupiers fired 20 mine bombs from the territory of Russia.

At 16:00 and 16:35, there were mortar attacks on Yunakivka hromada, with 5 strikes reported in total.
