Russian troops in Belarus currently not enough for offensive, further situation depends on opponent’s intentions – Ukraine’s Joint Forces Commander
The commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Serhii Naiev, states that the Russian forces on the territory of Belarus are not sufficient for a ground offensive at the moment.

Quote: "We estimate the level of military threat taking into account the forces that are currently on the territory of Belarus. These forces are not sufficient for a ground offensive at the moment, but what may happen in the future depends on the intentions of the enemy."
Details: The commander assured that the Ukrainian military has significantly strengthened the northern border.
"We have created a system of engineering barriers, in particular mine-explosive barriers, increasing their amount along the state border. We have created a system of defensive lines and positions," he said.
