Russians "run out of Wagnerites" in Luhansk Oblast

Serhii Haidai, Head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, reported that there are few Wagner Group members left in Luhansk Oblast, and mobilised Russians are on the front instead.

Details: Haidai adds that the situation on the Kreminna front is "complicated but under control", and Russians have not significantly advanced.

The occupiers set a powerful electronic warfare system so the Ukrainian forces have limited opportunities to use UAVs in Luhansk Oblast.

Background: The White House reported that since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Wagner Private Military Company has lost over 30,000 recruits who were killed or injured in Ukraine.
