Missile debris falls in Kyiv, damaging house and car
Debris from a Russian missile has fallen in the Holosiivskyi District of Kyiv and damaged a private house and a car.

Details: The mayor stressed that the missile attack continues and urged residents to stay in shelters.
Background: Russian forces launched strikes on critical infrastructure of Kharkiv city as part of a large-scale missile attack on 10 February. Local authorities have also reported that there was an explosion in the city of Khmelnytskyi. Air defence systems have been activated and are operating in Kyiv and Poltava oblasts.

- Operational Command Pivden (South) reported that the Russians had deployed three missile carriers into the Black Sea, which could carry up to 20 Kalibr missiles.
