Russians attack gas pipeline in Kharkiv Oblast, injuring civilian
On the morning of 1 February, Russian occupiers targeted a gas pipeline, a residential building and private cars in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast, as a result of which one civilian was injured.

Details: According to the investigation, a 66-year-old civilian was injured. The prosecutor's office opened proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438.1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
