Quote: "Raging fire occurs near the enemy base. This morning [1 February], residents of the temporarily occupied Melitopol witnessed a large-scale fire.
Thick smoke was rising in the lower part of the city behind the central market in the area of the occupied Refma plant, where they [Russian troops – ed.] have set up their military base."
Details: The mayor noted that no explosions were heard in the morning, so he assumed that the occupiers "fell asleep holding a lit cigarette".
