Sumy Oblast under attack: Russian forces strike at five hromadas
The Russian occupying forces attacked five hromadas (administrative units designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories) in Sumy Oblast on 31 January.

Details: The Russian troops launched a rocket attack on Shostka hromada at 18:20, according to preliminary reports. One strike has been documented following this attack.
A projectile hit the premises of the enterprise in the city of Shostka. The attack caused civilian casualties and property damage.
The Russians troops fired mortars at Kransopillia hromada in the morning: 21 strikes have been documented.
Russian UAV dropped two explosive devices on Yunakivka hromada.
The Russians troops shelled Bilopillia hromada with artillery (1 strikes) and mortars (11 strikes).
Seredyna-Buda hromada has also been under Russian mortar attack followed by seven strikes.
No casualties have been reported following all the attacks except the attack on Shostka hromada.
