Zelenskyy to Russians: Free yourself from fear of one person at least for Christmas

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has addressed the Russians and called on them to find the courage to free themselves, at least for Christmas, from their shameful fear of one man in the Kremlin who is destroying their country.

Quote: "And in order to end the war faster, something completely opposite is needed [not a "temporary truce" at Christmas - ed.]. It is necessary for Russian citizens to find the courage to free themselves from their shameful fear of one person in the Kremlin.

Your fear of him is destroying your country, and it [the country - ed.] now lays very deep [in trouble - ed.]... but not in the bunker."

Details: Zelenskyy recalled that Russia had already lost almost 110,000 soldiers in this war, and those who sent them to their deaths certainly do not value life and do not seek peace.

"To end the war is to end the aggression of your country. Even when your missiles and drones are not hitting our cities, the terror in the occupied territories continues. You do not give the Ukrainians any respite. People are tortured, electrocuted, and raped. This continues every day while your soldiers are on our land.

And the war will end when your soldiers either leave or we drive them out. So let them take the toilets, as they will need them on their way, and go back to their country. Beyond our border. [The one - ed.] from 1991."
