Quote from Сherniak, spokesperson for Defence Intelligence: "Considering that our foreign partners supply us with new types of weapons, the so-called land corridor to Crimea is certainly not safe. Ukraine will strike Russian positions throughout the occupied territory."
Details: Cherniak states that the occupiers continue to build defensive structures both in the north of the temporarily occupied peninsula and in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast. "They are losing, that's why they create defensive structures where they can, understanding that they will have to conduct combat actions on these lines," he emphasised.
Background: In December, Oleksii Danilov, National Security and Defence Council Secretary, said that Russian trenches in the annexed Crimea "will definitely not help" the Russian Federation, and the peninsula will be returned under Kyiv's control.
