Russian soldiers and Wagner Group mercenaries suffer from dangerous infections — General Staff report
According to Ukraine's Defence Intelligence, cases of dangerous infections have risen among the Russian soldiers and mercenaries of the Wagner Group, the infamous Russian private military company, in Donetsk Oblast – all due to dismal sanitary and hygienic conditions.

Quote: "The cases of dangerous infections have significantly risen among the occupying army and the so-called Wagner Group; this could be caused by the absence of adequate sanitary and hygienic conditions on the positions of the enemy units."
Details: On the 342nd day of the full-scale Russian invasion, the occupiers carried out 3 aerial and 3 missile strikes, as well as 20 attacks from multiple-launch missile systems.
Civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Kherson Oblast was damaged.
The threat of aerial and missile attacks remains throughout Ukraine.
The aviation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have carried out 9 strikes on clusters of Russian military personnel, as well as 2 strikes on the positions of their air-defence systems.
The units of Ukrainian Rocket Forces and artillery hit 9 clusters of personnel and 1 ammunition warehouse.
Quote: "The enemy continues their offensive on the Lyman and Bakhmut fronts, suffering enormous casualties, failing to carry out attacks on the Avdiivka and Novopavlivka fronts. On the Kupiansk and Zaporizhzhia fronts, [the Russians – ed.] are defending previously captured territories. On the Kherson front, they are shelling the positions of our units and the civilian infrastructure."
Details: On the Volyn, Polissia, Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna fronts, the situation has not changed significantly, there is no indication of a formation of offensive groups.
On the Sivershchyna front, the occupiers attacked the settlements of Kliusy, Mistky, Huta-Studenetska, Leonivka in Chernihiv Oblast, Sopych, Volfyne in Sumy Oblast, as well as Lemishchyne in Kharkiv Oblast, with mortars.
On the Slobozhanshchyna front, the Russians keep shelling the positions of Ukrainian units on the frontline. The settlements of Veterynarne, Strilecha, Hlyboke, Zelene, Neskuchne, Ohirtseve, Vovchansk, Starytsia, Budarky in Kharkiv Oblast suffered mortar and artillery strikes.
On the Kupiansk front, they attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Ivanivka, Kupiansk, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka in Kharkiv Oblast and Novoselivske, Kovalivka in Luhansk Oblast.
On the Avdiivka front, the settlements of Berdychi, Tonenke, Sieverne, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Heorhiivka, Marinka, Pobieda in Donetsk Oblast came under fire.
On the Novopavlivka front, the Russians fired at the settlements of Velyka Novosilka, Neskuchne, Novoukrainka, Bohoiavlenka, Vuhledar and Mykilski Dachi in Donetsk Oblast.
On the Zaporizhzhia front, the areas of 15 settlements were shelled. Among them are Vremivka and Novopil in Donetsk Oblast, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Charivne, Orikhiv, Novodanylivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
On the Kherson front, 17 settlements were fired at from multiple-launch missile systems, tubed artillery and mortars. Among them are Zolota Balka, Beryslav, Vesele, Mykolaivka, Tiahynka, Poniativka, Antonivka, Berehove, Yantarne in Kherson Oblast and the city of Kherson. There are casualties among the civilian population.
At the same time, the occupiers strengthened filtering and counter-sabotage measures in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Oblast. For instance, Russian occupying forces have restricted entrances and exits from the settlement of Ulianivka; local residents are being searched and their mobile phones are being checked.
