Air-raid siren sounded all over Ukraine again
An air-raid siren sounds again in all Ukrainian oblasts on 31 January.

Details:The air-raid siren signals the danger of missile strikes, and citizens are advised to go to shelter or follow the two-wall rule [a safety rule whereby a person keeps two walls without windows between them and the street during attacks – ed.].
Earlier, Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat explained that the rapid spread of the air-raid siren across Ukraine indicates the threat of attacks with Kinzhal hypersonic missiles.

Update: In about 15 minutes, the air-raid siren began to be gradually cancelled.
