Russian troops attack Kharkiv Oblast, killing civilian in Vovchansk
One person was killed and one more was wounded in Russian attacks on Kharkiv Oblast on 30 January.

Quote: "Russian occupiers fired on Kupiansk, Vovchansk, Strilecha, Dvorichna and other border settlements in the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupiansk districts in the last 24 hours.
Unfortunately, a 62-year-old civilian man was killed as a result of shelling in Vovchansk. An 83-year-old woman was wounded. She was taken to the hospital in a serious condition."
Details: According to Syniehubov, multi-storey buildings, industrial facilities, and the building of the district department of Ukraine's National Police have been damaged in Vovchansk, a transport infrastructure facility has been destroyed; and private residential buildings have been damaged in Kupiansk.
Syniehubov noted that fighting continues on the contact line, with Ukrainian defenders holding their positions and inflicting heavy losses on the Russian army.
