Details: The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine representative has said that the Russian occupiers have started to move military supplies throughout Russia's territory, including to its southern regions through the Crimean peninsula.
At the moment, military storage points are located 80-120 kilometres from the front line, and Ukraine needs long-range artillery in order to hit those points.
Another reason for long-range artillery is that Ukraine wants to launch a counteroffensive before Russian reinforcements are equipped and ready to move.
Quote: "Especially now, to form strong strike groupings we require tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, heavy weapons that would enable quick counteroffensive operations against the enemy."
