Details: A video of Zelenskyy’s address was sent in by Sirena readers, who added that the signal was unstable, turning on and off all the time.

Eyewitnesses are also reporting that the address has been broadcast on at least 10 different TV channels.

This is also being reported by local telegram channels, such as Bletgorod.

Updated: Later, this was confirmed by the local government in Belgorod Oblast. They reported that it was "an unauthorised replacement of a television signal".

The so-called Head of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, reported that the same occurred on the Crimean peninsula.

As Ukrainska Pravda found out, Russians and Crimeans were shown a video, in which Zelenskyy congratulated Ukrainians on the Day of Unity. It was broadcasted in Ukraine on 22 January.

In his address, Zelenskyy spoke, in particular, about how Ukrainians are fighting for their land and why that is necessary.
