Sumy Oblast: Russians carry out 115 strikes on Saturday, causing damage to infrastructure and injuring one person
The Russians carried out 115 strikes on 5 borderline hromadas [administrative units designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.] in Sumy Oblast on Saturday, 21 January.

Details: The hromadas of Esmansk, Novoslobidsk, Bilopilsk, Shalyhyne, Krasnopil and Seredyno-Buda came under fire.
The occupiers shelled Esmansk hromada with mortars (16 strikes) and tubed artillery (28 strikes).
As a result of the shelling, a 17-year-old boy was wounded by shrapnel in the village of Studenok. One residential building was destroyed; it was hit by a mine. About 10 more houses were damaged. In one household, a cow and a small calf were killed.
The Russians shelled Novoslobidsk hromada with mortars; 40 hits were reported.
In Krasnopil hromada, 9 enemy mines exploded on the border.
The Russians fired mortars (15 strikes) and artillery (7 strikes) at Bilopilsk hromada.
In Shalyhyne hromada, the Russian occupiers opened fire from a machine gun (10 rounds) in the direction of Ukrainian territory.
