Over the course of the past 24 hours, enemy forces continued to deploy mortars and artillery to fire along the entire line of contact. Areas in and around Mykolaivka (Chernihiv Oblast), Rivne, Atynske, Iskryskivshchyna and Novodmytrivka (Sumy Oblast), and Veterynarne, Krasne, Lukiantsi, Neskuchne, Starytsia, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Rybalkyne, Bilyi Kolodiaz, Nesterne, Zemlianky, Novomlynsk, Bolohivka, Kamianka and Dvorichna (Kharkiv Oblast) came under Russian fire."

Details: The situation on the Volyn, Polissia, Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna fronts has not changed significantly. No Russian offensive groups have been reported in areas near the Ukrainian border. The Republic of Belarus continues to support Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine and is hosting joint exercises of the air forces of the Russian-Belarusian joint regional military group on Belarusian airfields. Ukraine’s defence forces are taking measures to prevent Russian false-flag or subversive operations. Ukraine is reinforcing its air defence in the area.

On the Kupiansk front, areas in and around Kyslivka, Berestove, Kotliarivka, Vyshneve and Ivanivka (Kharkiv Oblast) and Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka and Andriivka (Luhansk Oblast) came under Russian fire.

On the Lyman front, Russian forces used all weapons at their disposal to fire on Makiivka, Ploshchanka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Kreminna and Dibrova (Luhansk Oblast) and Terny and Yampolivka (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Bakhmut front, Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, Vyimka, Bilohorivka, Vesele, Soledar, Krasna Hora, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka, Ozarianivka, Druzhba, Zalizne and New-York (Donetsk Oblast) came under Russian fire.

On the Zaporizhzhia front, Russian artillery shelled over 10 settlements, including Vrenivka and Novopil (Donetsk Oblast), and Temyrivka, Shcherbaky, Stepove, Kamianske and Plavni (Zaporizhzhia Oblast).

Russian forces are continuing to terrorise civilians on the Kherson front. Antonivka and Kherson came under Russian mortar attack, injuring civilians.

The General Staff also reported that Russia has been forced to bring in Russian officials in order to assume administrative responsibilities in the occupation government on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine due to the lack of Ukrainian officials willing to collaborate with the occupation regime. There is also a shortage of workers in a range of industries as local residents refuse to work for the occupiers. Russians are trying to bring workers in from Russia and temporarily occupied Crimea.

Ukrainian aircraft conducted 12 airstrikes on areas of concentration of Russian occupation forces and 4 on Russian anti-aircraft missile systems. Ukraine’s anti-aircraft missile units destroyed a Russian Su-25 aircraft near Soledar.

Ukraine’s Rocket Forces and Artillery struck two Russian command posts, five concentrations of Russian military personnel, an ammunition storage point, an electronic warfare system and a radar station.
