Strike on Dnipro: fate of 26 people is still unknown, 38 rescued

Details: As of 00:00, 15 January, the number of the injured increased to 73 people, including 14 children. 

Background: The Russians hit an apartment building in the city of Dnipro with a Kh-22 missile designed to destroy aircraft carrier groups at sea.

The authorities announced three days of mourning for those killed in the Russian missile strike in the city of Dnipro. 

Updated: The State Emergency Service reported that as of 01:30 on 15 January, 38 people (including six children) had been rescued.
