Fragments of a Russian rocket fall on Pyrohovo museum complex near Kyiv

The wreckage of a downed Russian missile, which the invaders used to attack Kyiv in the morning on 14 January 2023, fell on the premises of the Pyrohovo museum complex.

Oleksandr Tkachenko, Ukraine's Minister of Culture and Information Policy, has confirmed this information.

"Fortunately, no one was injured. All services quickly arrived at the scene: police, military, ambulances", the minister has said.

On 14 January, explosions were heard before the air-raid siren was announced in Kyiv. The city authorities of the capital reported that an infrastructure facility was hit.
