Details: Reportedly, this is necessary for the occupiers to replace the employees of the Zaporizhzhia NPP who refuse to sign contracts with the invaders, and who continue to perform their duties within the framework of Ukrainian legislation.

According to the NRC, illegal business trips of NPP workers from the territory of the Russian Federation to Enerhodar occur systematically. In order to encourage Russians to "go on business trips" to Ukraine, the Russian parliament even passed a law on granting benefits to employees who agreed to do so.
