Ukraine’s General Staff comments on replacement of Surovikin with Gerasimov: All is not well with Russians
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine believes that frequent personnel changes in the leadership of the occupation troops indicate problems in the command of Russian troops.

If things were fine with them, personnel changes would not be taking place with such frequency.
Recent personnel changes show that there is a need in their ranks to combine management and command of their troops. Not everything is working out the way they want it to".
