Occupiers conscript people with disabilities in Donetsk Oblast

The Russian invaders are conscripting people with disabilities in the occupied part of Donetsk Oblast.

"Due to the resistance of the local occupiers, it is increasingly difficult to find men for mobilisation. But the Kremlin leadership sets standards that must be fulfilled. Therefore, the so-called military commissars mobilise people with disabilities, drug addicts and representatives of crime."

Details: The National Resistance Center has stated that conscripted people with disabilities are used as drivers in ground forces of the occupation troops.
