Quote: "In order to destabilise the humanitarian situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Oblast and to force the local population into the so-called ‘voluntary evacuation’, the Russian occupying forces are shelling Oleshky, Hola Prystan, Plavni as well as villages with dachas [a dacha is a sort of a summer house, usually with a little plot of land where people grow vegetables, fruit trees and berries, or keep a garden – ed.] between the said settlements with mortars."
Details: The General Staff also reports that mobilisation measures are ongoing in the occupied Crimea. Military commissariats have started checking lists of people who have not yet participated in the full-scale invasion of Ukraine and are subject to conscription for mobilisation in 2023.
In addition, the occupiers continue to use civilian facilities for the medical treatment of armed Russian occupiers.
For example, in the city of Pervomaisk of Alchevsk district in Luhansk Oblast, the occupiers deployed a "field hospital" in the premises of a local school and are treating about 100 mercenaries of the occupying forces. In addition, more than 150 wounded mercenaries of the Wagner Group [Russian private military company – ed.] are being treated on the premises of the local maternity hospital, equipped as a military hospital.
