Russians launch 110 strikes on Sumy Oblast
Russian forces carried out 110 strikes on border districts of Sumy Oblast on 31 December, firing on six hromadas [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories].

Details: Russians fired on Krasnopillia hromada using artillery, with three strikes recorded.
Russian invaders fired on Znob-Novhorodske hromada using a 120-mm calibre mortar, with 14 strikes recorded.
Twelve Russian mines exploded in Seredyna-Buda hromada. The Russians also fired on the hromada using small arms and a grenade launcher.
Russians fired on Bilopillia hromada using a 120-mm calibre mortar, with 10 strikes recorded.
Russians fired on Esman hromada from Grad multiple-launch rocket systems and artillery, with 27 strikes recorded. A shop was damaged in one of the settlements, windows were broken in residential buildings, facades were destroyed, roofs were damaged and power lines were severed as a result of the attack. In addition, the explosions damaged a school and premises belonging to a local civilian business.
