Russians launch 48 attacks on border areas of Sumy Oblast in one day
On 9 December, the Russian forces launched 48 attacks on the border territories of Sumy Oblast.

Details: The Shalyhyne hromada [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.]: Russians launched attacks on a border village using 120 mm mortars. There have been eight strikes.
The Yunakivka hromada: 40 Russian 120 mm mortar bombs exploded in the outskirts of the border areas.
There were no victims and damage in both cases.
The day before, on 8 December, Russians dropped an explosive on a private house in the Bilopillia hromada from a drone. A fire started and the house burned to the ground. Luckily, the owners were not at home at that moment, which saved their lives.
