Fire breaks out at military tyre factory in Russia
A fire broke out at the Altai Tyre Factory, which manufactures tyres for aircraft and military equipment, in the Russian city of Barnaul.

Details: The fire started around 05:00. At 10:00, local firefighters reported that they had localised it to an area of 1,000 sq. m. The operation was complicated by the low temperature and heavy smoke.
110 people and 33 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
Three people were rescued from the burning factory building. They were not injured, and no fatalities have been reported.
The local prosecutor's office is already conducting an investigation to establish the cause of the fire.
