Quote from Klimenkov: "Each fact of shelling is properly recorded for future submission to international courts for compensation."

According to Klimenkov, the State Property Fund, together with the General Staff, has developed an action plan to protect critical infrastructure facilities from attacks and minimise damage caused by missile strikes.

Since the beginning of the invasion, critical infrastructure facilities in the State Property Fund of Ukraine have been subjected to 35 attacks.

"There are no injuries among almost 4,000 employees. They continue to perform work tasks and ensure the operation of strategic facilities," the fund added.

After each attack, the fund's specialists promptly go to the facilities, assess the scale of damage and develop specific algorithms for restoring capacity.
