One of DTEK’s facilities shut down due to damage caused by Russian missiles

One of DTEK's [the largest private investor in the energy industry in Ukraine] facilities was disconnected from the power grid due to damage caused by the Russian missile attack on 5 December.

Quote: "The DTEK Energo energy facility, which had already been attacked by enemy troops several times before [in particular on 1 December, as indicated by the hyperlink in the message – ed.), was damaged as a result of another Russian attack.

As a result, it was disconnected from the power grid. The shutdown of the facility led to restrictions on energy and heat supply in the oblast."

Details: Fortunately, there were no casualties.

For the sake of safety, only the critically necessary employees are at the facility; others work remotely.

This was the 17th terrorist attack by Russia on energy facilities owned by DTEK Energo over the past two months.
